It all began September, 1976 -- our first child began school. Fast forward to August, 2010 -- our last child graduates. Thirty-four years of proudly watching our kids progress through the education process. When Jeff began kindergarten, Nicole was beginning middle school, Michael was in high school, and Stefani began college. Someday, (unless I'm bribed), I'll have to hunt out those first day of school photographs. Those were special moments.
So here we are, attending the last graduation of our children and seeing Jeff receive his Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Denver. It was a fun filled two days of ceremonies and celebration. The first day was the "hooding" ceremony.
Jeff is anxiously awaiting his moment.
Keeping Austin entertained while so Mommy, Daddy, and Grandpa can enjoy the event.
Jeff took Austin up with him to receive his hood and he almost stole the show. He was definitely a crowd pleaser.
Proud moment for the Mitchells
Graduation was held the next morning in the middle of the quad. It was a beautiful setting. It wasn't hard to find Jeff amongst all the graduates.
Ready for that long awaited diploma
All the hard work has finally paid off
Austin is so proud of his daddy!
Mom and Dad are too!!
We loved the architecture of the buildings on the campus

Thanks for coming, we had fun too. But don't put that "last graduation" nail in the coffin just yet!
That is so exciting! Congrats to Jeff and the proud parents! :)
