Landon's Quilt

This is Landon's Very Hungry Caterpillar Quilt:
One of the things I really look forward to doing when I complete a quilt is naming it and creating a fun label to put on the back. I love making these special quilts for my grandchildren.

Landon -- my very hungry little caterpillar. Isn't he a cutie?

Larsen Visit Re-do

We decided that we hadn't spent enough time with the Larsen's at Christmas, so we made another trip up to Utah the end of February and spent a few more days with them.Landon had gotten so big in those couple of months. He had gone from sitting, to crawling, to pulling himself up. He really loves to get in his mommy's kitchen cupboards.

And he really loves his Grandpa too!!
For some reason we didn't take many pictures on this visit -- sorry girls. We'll take lots on our upcoming visit.

Catching Up Again

I'm still playing catch-up on our visits with the kids. And since we have little visitors coming this week, we've got to get the "old" stuff posted so that we can put on new posts after they leave. One thing that I've discovered is that it's really hard to find pictures when you put them in subfiles of subfiles of subfiles. So, having spent a good 1/2 hour searching through a lot of picture files, let's start with Christmas at the Larsen's!
What's Christmas without snow? Certainly something we've never experienced in So. California. Although for those in Utah, it's been the gift that keeps on giving this year. Anyway, Grampa had fun romping in it with Jacey and Brooklyn.
Landon was really excited about his 1st Christmas. He must have been a good boy this year because Santa brought him some really fun stuff.
Webkins!! The girls love them . . . .I wonder how many they have?
